Yoga Flexology and Fitness is an exciting fitness event that will involves strength building, cardio, and good vibes.
We’re going to start things off with a dynamic strength training routine lead by Certified Personal Trainer Kevin Boue followed by a light vinyasa cool down lead by Amanda Bazil, a 200hr-RYT, or Certified Yoga Teacher.
In order to adhere to CDC guidelines on social distancing, there will be two sessions. The first session which involves a beginner’s friendly yoga flow starts at 11:00am, but begins at 11:15am and ends at 12:30pm. The second session, which involves an intermediate/ advanced yoga flow (inversions included) will start at 1:00pm, but begins at 1:15pm and ends at 2:30pm.
After witnessing how vital physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being is, especially in the midst of a global pandemic, we believe that we must act to reclaim our health and we’re providing the space and services to do just that.

SIDENOTE: Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Masks will be enforced.
