Hiring SUB-CONTRACTORS for 4 large scale residential projects plus commercial project. Looking for reliable, skilled and honest carpenters, siding installation and demo. Must carry insurance, this is a 1099 position and you will be paid at the completion of each project. Scope of work and wages will be agreed upon prior to work starting. Must have own tools and be physically able to lift and work efficiently. NO SMOKING on job sites as these are private clients and/or professional offices. General Contractor and owner of company looking to build reliable and long term relationship with the right crew. Serious inquiries only. Work to start as soon as end of February.
