ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER Required skills: 1. Minimum of 10 years experience in the construction industry. 2. Valid Drivers License and clean driving/criminal record 3. Capable of meeting with clients and creating accurate estimates, and turning those estimates into contracts must be extremely familiar with industry standards and pricing 4. Basic computer skills are mandatory ( proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and other project estimate software is a major plus) 5. Ability to productively manage a few job site and oversee home remodeling projects throughout North County San Diego on a daily/ weekly basis 6. Ability to communicate with clients and manage crew members by following up on all details of the contract, including thinking creatively thinking outside the box and a step ahead of potential issues is a huge plus to take you to the next level 7. Must be a team player with leadership skills willing to roll up your sleeves when needed to get the job done and honor project deadlines. Starting salary Peace work.
