Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for a mid sized apartment complex located in La Mesa.
Duties:
- complex cleaning and common area cleaning
- attending to resident maintenance requests
- exterior property repairs and maintenance
Skills/Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- basic proficiency in electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair
- plumbing experience a MUST
Compensation:
- salary + free renovated unit
- bonus for unit turnovers
Possibility of additional income through unit cleanings and weekend office hours
