10 acre Private Estate. Need an all-around handyman. Familiar with all farm type equipment. Familiar with irrigation, some electrical, pavers, concrete, a lot of work with hand tools. Garden work to include weeding, mowing, pruning of landscape and vineyard. cleaning and upkeep of outside of private home. No farm animals. Private property just too large for owner to handle, needs help. 25 to 30 hours a week. $18-$22 per hour. Must have reliable transportation. Needs to be self-motivating, self-starter, dependable and responsible.
