Landscape Maintenance Laborer Weiland & Associates, Inc. is looking for an experienced and dependable landscape maintenance laborer to assist with maintenance of properties. Responsibilities: • Working alongside a crew of up to 3 people • Ensuring all work is completed on time and to management specifications and per client request • Managing the use and maintenance of equipment • Promoting safe work practices • Specific tasks include, but not limited to: mowing, pruning, weed control, plant care. • A minimum of 1 year experience. • Ability to use outdoor power equipment: lawnmowers; weed trimmers; hedge trimmers, and blowers, etc. • Ability to carry 20 lbs. backpack blower on back, use various mowers, leverage 50 lbs. of a walk behind mower over curbs, walk 5 to10 miles a day, stoop, stand and bend for 8 hours or more a day, lift branches and limbs, grip and squeeze repeatedly (to prune), use hand saw • Strong work ethic • English and/or Spanish Language **REGULAR ATTENDANCE REQUIRED** We are committed to promoting diversity and welcome applications from all qualified individuals.
