SOUTHAMPTON, NY — An East Hampton man was recently arrested and accused of having sex with a child in Southampton about 20 years ago. Pablo Aguilar, 42, was charged with first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, a felony. The child was under the age of 11 and Aguilar engaged in sex acts with the child over the course of a year, according to New York State Police. Aguilar was arraigned at Southampton Town Justice Court on Jan. 6. He posted $10,000 cash bond and was released, police said. Police said they are investigating the possibility of additional victims.
