I have had some success with posting various ads on here so I thought why not see if this one works out too. I am looking for someone to talk to who has experience in Family Law. I have a very unique situation with the state of Washington and need to know what my rights and options are fighting for custody against WA state. To be clear, I am not required by the courts or anyone else to do any services, but I have taken the initiative to do so anyways and now Washington doesn’t want to give me my son for one reason, because I’m in Oregon and he’s with family in Washington. I need help! Like emergency type help and I don’t know where to go! I’m broke I can’t afford a lawyer and my court-appointed attorney isn’t necessarily interested in actually fighting for me. I need help!
