Description
In search of a handyman/property maintenance person who has general knowledge of repairs. The job entails keeping the outside of the estate clean and organized. Small repairs inside the estate as well as outside. Person shall be responsible for cleanliness of all cars, keeping pool area cleaned and organized, maintaining all walkways, changing lightbulbs, cleaning windows and any other maintenance/cleaning duties that naturally fall into maintaining an estate. This person must be self motivated with exceptional planning abilities. Must be able to multitask and prioritize all tasks that are asked of you. Must get along well with others and have an outgoing personality that is always willing to help. In this position you will be pulled in many different directions so being courteous to all is a big plus. The job is Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30. Please send resume.
