Need Experienced Irrigation Installer

I am in need of an experienced irrigator with a crew that can read plans an install an irrigation system on Commercial and Residential jobs. This is not a full time gig but a time to time job installing systems for people that call me upon recommendation. Need someone with their own vehicle and with verifiable proof of irrigation experience. I really need someone who does not need to be watched over. Landscape experience is a plus also, as a lot of times my jobs are bundle packages with irrigation and landscaping.
