Hosting a Drive-Thru Job Fair This Wednesday Time: 10am – 1pm Location: 17822 S Broadway Gardena, CA Please arrive with a resume Helpmates has an immediate opportunity for a General Warehouse Clerk for a fast-growing rug company in Gardena. This assignment will start asap. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and operating an industrial-size Digital Textile Printer for production work. This individual must have attention to detail and be able to prioritize/plan to push jobs through completion within the required timeline. General Warehouse Clerk: $15.00 / Hour General Warehouse Clerk Hours and Schedule: Monday- Thursday 1st shift: 5:00 am-4:30 pm (scheduled time for the shift is 11.5 hrs) 2nd shift: 5:00pm-4:30am (scheduled time for the shift is 11.5 hrs) Friday- Sunday 1st shift: 5:00am-4:30pm (scheduled time for the shift is 11.5 hrs) 2nd shift: 5:00pm-4:30am (scheduled time for the shift is 11.5hrs) 8hrs regular pay and 2.5 OT pay. This is a long term assignment. After hire employees will be eligible for a pay rate increase pending favorable performance standards. General Warehouse Clerk Responsibilities: Responsible for overall maintaining of printers, including starting and stopping of printers Responsible for general printer cleaning and maintenance Responsible for detecting defects during printing production Responsible for learning the designs that are printed for defect detection Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job House Keeping: Maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production General Warehouse Clerk Requirements: Ability to lift heavy rolls for the printers throughout the day (80 – 150lbs) Must be able to use basic functions of a computer Be able to pay close attention to fine print instructions General Warehouse Clerk Additional information: Weekly Pay Holiday Pay ACA Medical Benefits Sick Pay Unlimited Referral Payouts We pay a $100 referral bonus "Helpmates has always been willing to work personally alongside our site management team to promote understanding and competence for both the quality of our products and the safety of our production teams.
