General Labor Needed at OLCC CANNABIS Facility!

We are a Portland based cannabis company seeking to expand our team! We’re a small crew so usually everyone winds up doing a little bit of everything, but we are primarily looking for folks to help package extracts and help with very basic plant care (especially during harvests). **MUST HAVE VALID OLCC MARIJUANA WORKER PERMIT TO BE CONSIDERED** DUTIES: - Stay up to date on compliance standards requirements. Resources are available via supervisors and department binders. - Adhere to storage, labeling, waste disposal, and product handling regulations. - Follow SOPs, working to promote productivity and quality. - Maintain organization and cleanliness of your work station and department areas. - Execute special assignments and projects independently or collaboratively as assigned. ​- Maintain communication with supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: - ​Obtain OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit and have it on your person at all times. ​- Follow directions. - Able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Reliable and punctual. - Adaptable (in regards to assigned tasks outside of daily work). - Keen attention to detail. - Able to do repetitive tasks. - Able to sit or stand for long periods of time. We will not be considering applicants that have not applied for Marijuana Worker Permits. Starting hours: 30-40/wk Starting wage: $13.25/hr during 90 day probationary period, which is followed by a review and typically a wage adjustment
