ArLo Apartments is looking for a rock star Maintenance Technician to help keep our property looking amazing! A few years experience in maintenance, with your own basic tools is preferred. The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Some days are pressure filled and you’ll need to remain flexible, resourceful, and efficient. Service Technicians may work with any of the following: HVAC Electrical Plumbing Carpentry Drywall Painting Appliances Exterior structures Swimming pools Monday-Friday with a rotating on-call.
