Lafayette-based family seeking long term, full-time Nanny | Family Assistant to partner on child care, clean and organize home and manage household projects.  Ideal candidate: -Love for kiddos of all ages with significant nanny experience with kids of multiple ages and stages -Warm, loving & calm -Driver with clean driving record comfortable driving a large family vehicle -High energy, self-directed and independent  -Passion for multi-tasking and switching gears from playing Monopoly, to cooking meals, to organizing closets, to attending soccer practice (or better, playing soccer)! -Willing to roll up sleeves and help on anything related to kids or home -An inner neat freak who loves to help keep house clean & organized -Long-term relationship builder & seeker -Strong communicator -Loves a little chaos and constant gear shifting -- the house is lively and full of love and life but NEVER quiet.  About us: We’re a young, active family of six with four kids: -Sweet and mature 9-year-old girl who loves to draw, dance, play with friends and siblings -Loving and smart 8-year-old boy who loves random facts, all sports (especially soccer & baseball) and playing outside with friends/neighbors -5-year-old fraternal twin girls who are the best of friends and mostly just want to play with each other (& adore their older siblings, too) but also love art, games and dancing -7-year-old mini Goldendoodle (ex-service dog) & 12-week Bernadoodle puppy who loves a constant playmate or warm lap for napping  -Both parents work in tech and often (currently due to covid) work from home.  -Looking for someone who is truly an extension of our family and can manage the family and household.  A typical day in the life:  -Helping get kids off to school (in person or on zoom), cleaning up from breakfast, ensuring bedrooms are in order -While kids are at school (until about 12 pm) cleaning/organizing the house or running errands or cooking meals, laundry  -Picking up kids from school and helping with activities, entertainment, and homework   -Shuttling kids to after school activities as needed -Creating fun activities at home or in the community (should we ever leave our houses again…) :) Proposed Schedule: M: 8am - 5pm T: 8am - 5pm W: 10:30am - 8:30pm Th: 8am - 5pm F: 8am - 3:30pm Please reply with your current resume for immediate consideration.
