We are paying $25/hr for a framing carpenter who knows CA code for ext. plywood sheathing nail off, sistering rafters inside a room, and ext. Hardie board application. Best if you have an apprentice carpenter you can bring along to work at $20/hr. We will pay cash. Work is available right away.
