Job Description The right candidate will have the following characteristics: 1. Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Pipe Fitter & Sprinkler Installation Mechanic with Commercial and Residential Wet & Dry Fire Sprinkler Systems, including CPVC & metal pipe. 2. Working knowledge of all the parts & components of the systems, including installation, problem solving, selecting materials for every job according to the specification & instructing the crews on what materials they needs for each job, parts ordering & inventory. 3. Experience in reading blueprints & doing site surveys to prepare each job site for installation, by marking the main, branch and sprinkler locations and instructing the crew how to lay out the system, assigning work and timelines. 4. Experience & ability to lead, supervise & motivate a crew of 2-3 teams, working on different construction sites. 5. Ability to communicate with the team as well as management to achieve optimal results and quality of work within the set timelines for each project. 6. Ability to communicate with the general contractor in setting working schedules, timelines, resolving issues and coordinating the work with other crews, foreman and customers. 7. Ability to use ASANA for project management, scheduling & task assignment & to report progress to management or willing to learn and apply it at work. 8. Motivated for growth, well organized, able to handle multitasking, able to motivate & build a clock working team, organize people & materials, timely, responsible, problem solver, ability to prioritize, delegate, have a panoramic vision of the overall workload and the individual projects, without overseeing any details & keeping high quality standards. 9.
