Job description: We are a small wireless/telecom construction company looking for a yard and warehouse manager. Computer Literate. Extensive work using software applications to track and manage assets. Experience in wireless telecom a plus. Management of 1 warehouse employee. QUALIFICATIONS • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record mandatory • Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training • Minimum 2 years forklift experience • Ability to continuously lift and carry 50 lbs and occasionally lift 75 lbs. • Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner. • Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently work to accomplish them • Exhibit sound and accurate judgment, supporting and explaining reasoning for decisions, including appropriate people in decision-making process, and making timely decisions • Ability to pass a background screening. • Ability to pass a drug test. COMPENSATION • $20-24 an hour • Full medical coverage for employee. • Paid vacation and sick leave • Bonus/profit sharing based on efforts and company profitability
