New, does not fit through the door of the room I wanted to put it in. 48"L, 27"W, 34"H. Its actually 29"W w/edge of solid top and bottom. Designed for dogs w/separation anxiety who break crates or injure themselves trying to get out. Super strong but aluminum, so only 75 lbs.
