Role: Door and Window Installer Location: Eastern New England Roles and Responsibilities:     90% Field work: Installation of new windows and doors as well as removal of existing product.     Primarily working as a team to successfully perform exterior remodeling projects     Carpentry skills - assisting with window installations, completing exterior trim work, assisting with warranty, punch list items etc     Being able to deal with variations in wall materials and thickness or any structural damage, etc     Different types of casings or sill constructions     Customer Facing     Being able to explain to customers what the plan and goals for the day are     Also being able to answer potential questions that may arise.     Lastly ensuring the homeowner is happy by performing a final walk-thru and showing the product off at the conclusion of work Desired Experience     2+ years Exterior Carpentry Skill (Trim, Siding, General Carpentry)     2+ years Window & Door Installations       Basic Carpentry Skills     Valid Driver’s License     Dependable, reliable, can adapt and deal with multiple and changing priorities     High School diploma or equivalent    Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available Typically between the hours of 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Qualifications:     Being honest and ready to continue learning     Being able to find solutions     Being accountable for one's work with an equally strong sense of teamwork     Self-motivated with time management skills     Having the ability to work independently What we offer:     Full-time employment with year round work     Tools can be provided to start     Opportunity for advancement and leadership opportunities If this sounds like a good fit?  We would love to hear from you.
