This course prepares students to take the Guest Service Gold exams including Introduction to Customer Service (8 hours) and Effective Customer Service (8 hours). This will lead to two American Hotel and Lodging Institute Certificates. A winning resume builder, this certificate crosses many career fields. Students will learn the concepts and skills for providing outstanding customer service, including problem-solving, effective communications, conflict management, email and voicemail etiquette, and workplace basics. The training also includes using authenticity, intuition, empathy, initiative, and leadership.
This course is 24 hours total, plus exam time. All exam costs are included!
