Minneapolis based property management company is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for residential apartment and commercial buildings. Candidates must have 3-5+ years apartment maintenance experience, basic tools and reliable transportation. Mileage is reimbursed. Duties will include but are not limited to: emptying out apartments, replacing blinds, fixing toilets, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, installing air conditioners, boiler repair, soldering, shoveling and replacing fixtures. Tiling and sheet rock experience is a plus. Heavy lifting may be involved. Job will report in Minneapolis every morning and then candidate will drive to various buildings to make repairs. Great communication and customer service skills required. Candidates must be reliable and trustworthy and will go through a criminal back ground check. On-call rotations are required, including holidays (one week at a time, every four to six weeks). We offer health insurance, vacation pay, holiday pay and optional retirement plan.
