Looking for very detailed cleaning person

Hello, i own a few rentals in the city that need to be clean every month. I need someone who dosent mind getting on your hands and knees to wash baseboards and walls, someone that will take there time and do the job correct, Wall, stove, floors, bathroom. ( common areas ) Also, when a person move out, we have to do the room. I need someone that can start asap !!! you will be working 1 or 2 days a week,,,,,,, 25.00 an hour,,, Cash the same day !!! No taxes !!! You must have your own transportation, Your own cleaning supplies, and at lease 5 years experience. Each house should take 2 to 3 hours. I also have other opportunities for the right person. Good luck
