Monument Cleaning Company (MCC) is located in Baltimore, MD. We focus on residential Move-In/Move-Out cleaning services and are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join the Baltimore team! This will be a part-time position to start, then move to full time. MCC operates Monday-Friday. Our primary business hours are 8am-6pm, but after-hours work is possible and on a case by case basis. What the right team member will enjoy: • Weekly Pay • Company shirt provided • Performance bonuses • Paid gas • Supplies provided Job Description: • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, windows, and counters • Interior window cleaning • Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other surfaces • Cleaning all surfaces and appliances in the kitchen and bathroom • Scrubbing and sanitizing surfaces Requirements: • Willingness to learn, be coached and have a positive attitude • Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented • Have your own transportation to and from the locations • Must be willing to pass a comprehensive criminal background check, have no warrants. • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record • Smartphone with picture taking and texting capabilities Bonus: • Carpet Cleaning experience • Experience is desired
