Job Summary Full-time machine operator for various size commercial grade lawn mowers. Company is a small start-up dedicated to changing the way lawns are maintained. Responsibilities • Mow/Maintain turf spaces of varying sizes and difficulties • Change speed and direction of mowers as condition dictate • Use a line trimmer as needed • Effective use of a backpack blower in cleaning of walks and other hard surfaces • Meet company set safety and compliance standards • Care for use assigned equipment properly • Perform daily paperwork as assigned by management • Communicates mechanical issues to manager • Updates manager of progress and challenges in meeting daily goals Qualifications • Able to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of company • Able to follow instructions • Have own transportation and show up on time • Able to interact with team members, the public, and clients on work sites • Effective communication ability – both oral and written Experience • Minimum 2 years landscape maintenance experience Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision coverage offered • Hourly Pay Rate of $18-$20 • Training and development program
