A family owned tree care company, we are looking for experienced tree climbers (CDL driver’s license a plus!) for our Richmond, VA, office. Essential duties include but not limited to: · Skilled in all areas of tree care operations (at least 1 year experience) · Ensure that all tools, supplies, and materials are on the truck before leaving the shop · If driving, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles on provided forms · Contact homeowner upon arriving at job site and review work to be performed. Note any changes or additional work requested · Ensure that all traffic signs and cones are properly placed · Maintain a high level of quality in all work performed · Utilize people, time and equipment to achieve the highest efficiency possible without compromising safety and quality · Ensure crew compliance with all company safety policies · Ensure that all team members have and use all personal protective equipment while on the job site Our core purpose is to love people and pursue excellence in the tree care industry.
