Sustainable developer working on a single-family rehab in Northampton. Small house. Second floor – 650 s.f. reclaimed floors already installed, old douglas fir, just need sanding. One large master, two small bedrooms and one hall. First floor – Very small office and hall, existing hardwood needs sanding. Kitchen/entry room – 11x33 new prefinished hardwood but mismatched so needs sanding to bare wood. No staining necessary. No finish necessary but willing to talk… One to two days... Cash is possible.
