Honda and Toyota of Seattle on Airport Way in SODO are looking for Guest Support Coordinators.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following, but not limited to:
• Answers incoming calls and update customer information.
• Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Obtains accurate information about each customer and enters it into the computer system.
• Assigns appointment times and relates information to customer.
• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Assists with clerical duties as requested.
• Make outbound, and return customer calls.
Applicant must be able to pass a background check.

Weekly rotating schedule to include some Saturdays. 5 day weekend every 3 weeks!!!
