Hiring in Your Area NOW!!! We are a nation-wide company working in the Home Improvement Industry. Assemblers generally work at each store once a week. Locations you are most likely to work are the 5- 10 closest to you. Must have • Valid Driver's License • Vehicle Insurance • Be able to pass a Drug Screen, Motor Vehicle and Background Assemblers recommended to have their own tools and reliable vehicle to go to multiple stores. Payday is every 2 weeks Assembly takes place inside the stores usually in Outside Garden The hours are generally 7AM-4PM weekdays, but are flexible • You can work between 3 and 6 days a week with us. It is your choice. Looking for a basic commitment of 3 days per week minimum. We will provide you with paid on the job training which is approximately 40 hours. Training hours will be • 7am - 4pm, Mon - Fri with an hour for lunch After training, you move to being paid based on the piece or product assembled. • Pay rate is based on piece rate production and could be $15- $20 an hour or more. No experience required. Assembly Grills/Wheelbarrows/tool boxes/patio furniture etc.. On average we assemble between 20 wheelbarrows and about 25 grills per appointment. Other items that are assembled patio furniture; tool boxes; log splitters etc. Reflect Home Center objectives by ensuring all authorized client items are correctly assembled to specifications. • All piecework must meet standard requirements. • Provide customer service by suggesting alternate solutions to their wants and needs. • Update supervisor with suggested display solutions based on customer feedback. • Maintain store coverage as assigned by your direct supervisor. • Proactively alert Management of any unsafe act or condition to prevent injuries. ( Warning, we are showing off in this video, You don’t have to work this fast, but we are paid by the piece: the faster one works the more one makes per hour. Grill assembly You don't have to be as fast as the guy in the video, he makes consistently $35-$40 per hour, but it gives you an idea what we do. I am very proud of my team.
