Moss Green Screen Printing is looking for competent and energetic people to join our team. Positions are open in several departments. We’ll work with successful candidates to find the right position that suits their talents. PROSPECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: Helping to operate a screen printing automatic press Fulfilling orders of printed items and getting them ready for shipping Helping to receive incoming blank goods from vendors Processing and applying heat transfers to blank items Operating a Direct To Garment printer Regardless of position, all successful candidates will need to: Review Work Orders to ensure accuracy Monitor printed items for quality Keep the work area clean and organized. Adapt to the demands of the day and help wherever needed Communicate with others to enable efficient production QUALIFICATIONS: Dependability is key. We are a small company and each employee is important Willing to do repetitive tasks Comfortable working with large machines Able to judge color, registration & print quality Attention to detail and willingness to communicate with fellow employees Able to stand for long hours. You will be on your feet all day Able to lift 30-35 pounds regularly Good command of both written and spoken English Must work well with others SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm BENEFITS: Medical, Dental and Vision after 60 days of full-time employment Advancement Opportunities Overtime pay for more than 40 hours per week Paid Time-Off Program after 12 months of full-time employment ABOUT US: Moss Green has been screen printing in Seattle for over 25 years. Our shop is located in the Interbay area, just south of the Ballard Bridge. We work with Advertising and Promotional Companies to produce high-volume screen printed and heat transferred garments and swag. We're a small, busy company. The work environment is fast-paced but friendly. Many of our employees have been working for us for years and the right candidate can look forward to long-term employment.
