This is a position for someone with experience in the roofing industry and must have carpentry skills. We are looking for someone to assist the owner in running leads during high volume times and helping the roofing crew as a materials runner when needed. Duties may also include the occasional roof repair or cleaning. Applicant MUST have had on the job experience roofing, must read, write, and speak English (bi-lingual is a bonus!) and will pay attention to detail. Must also live near Yelm and have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record. We will provide a company vehicle while you are working. The pay will be depending on experience and there will be opportunity to be paid commission on jobs sold. We value integrity, honesty, and our customers' satisfaction is our top priority.
