Dependable House Cleaner Needed By 2 Professional Men. Lancaster home located just south of Lancaster city needs a bi-weekly house cleaner. Ideal match must have prior cleaning experience, be detail oriented, be able to climb a step ladder, be able to move furniture, have flexibility in time availability, and enjoy a physical job. Candidate must have the ability to manage cleaning the house without supervision. One floor home with 3/4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, Office, Large kitchen, Den, Great Room and Sunroom. Home has lots of windows which need cleaned regularly. Hard surface floors thought-out house ( tile and wood). Floors will need mopped or hand washed. Important that the person is able to clean the floors. 2 active dogs, one is a puppy. Home would need one long day every other week (approx 6-7 hrs). If candidate is available on the off week, home could use a touch up or to do additional cleaning projects (2 hrs). Owner also has a second home (2 bedroom house located next to the primary home) and several rental properties. The second home is used as an AirBnB rental house. The perfect person would have flexibility, when needed, to assist in preparing the second home between guests and assisting in cleaning the rental properties between tenants. Most be Pet and LGBT friendly. Ideal candidate would live close to Willow Street area and must have dependable transportation.
