Now Hiring Lawn care Field Manager Greenway Lawncare LLC is a growing locally owned business in Wentzville, MO. We specialize in residential lawn care in the summer and have a thriving firewood processing and delivery service in the winter. A working field leader that demonstrates Greenways core values. Daily execution of and delivery of service based on the customer schedule. Meet quality standards of service and lawn care. Communicate with the customer and seize opportunities to provide additional services or capture new customers. Self start and take on responsibility for overall production and revenue generation. Must Do: Generate weekly revenue to budget for lawn care, fertilizing, mulching and other service Communicate and build relationships with customers Manage and develop new team members Participate in the sales process to build and condense routes. Responsibility for the timely and quality execution of all routes. Start date: March 8th Compensation: 700.00 per week plus a production bonus that could add 60% Workweek is 5-6 days but mostly 5 with some Saturdays in peak season.
