Eco Systems is hiring a FT Maintenance Technician Pay range is $15-$20 hour DOE. Successful candidate will have basic handyman skills including plumbing, electrical, painting, etc. Must be well organized, have excellent communication skills, exercise good time management, be a self-starter and accepting of feedback. About Us: Eco Systems is a property management company with properties throughout the Denver metro area providing management, maintenance, and cleaning services for single family homes, condos, and multifamily units. Our mission is to provide great service to our homeowner clients and tenants. Company supplied vehicles, tools, etc. Overview of Duties: • Dry wall repairs • Texture/ paint • Plumbing repairs • Electrical repairs • Yard maintenance • Sprinkler maintenance • Carpet cleaning • Light cleaning • Snow removal • Occasional HVAC repairs • Remodels • Must have the ability to lift 75lbs Education: • Any certification related to HVAC, electrical plumbing are a plus. Experience • 1 plus years of basic handyman experience. • Experience in property management preferred Schedule: 40 hrs a week.
