We are a Property Maintenance company in the Houston area. We are looking for a general maintenance team person to join our team. EXPERIENCE IN THESE AREAS IS A PLUS: - general experience with plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall, roofing - experience with condo/residential building maintenance - reliable transportation (vehicle) to get to work - good organizational office skills, computer, emails, fax knowledge - cleanliness, honesty, and friendliness Additional: - have a valid driver license - have field experience working and managing others - Work week is 5 days a week - You will be responsible for leading the team and also assisting in the actual physical work Compensation: Determined by experience level We are interested in hiring multiple candidates to grow the team.
