Building Health & Recovery WE ARE CODA We provide medical treatment, teach parenting skills, carry out research and manage health records. We cook, we write, we keep CODA's buildings safe and clean. We run group counseling sessions, manage payroll, hire, train and support our 300 colleagues working in several locations in Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington Counties. We are counselors, nurses, maintenance workers, accountants, leaders, medical assistants, case managers, administrative staff and doctors. Our Facilities Maintenance Technician makes a difference by: Performing routine maintenance at all agency sites including patching, painting, maintaining light fixtures, fixing locks, and key replacement. Performing scheduled emergency maintenance on all building heating and cooling systems. Assessing and performing minor plumbing repair including drain clearance, seal repair, toilet flow adjustments, and minor leaks. Assessing and performing minor electrical work including ballast and fixture installations and outlet and bulb replacement. Assessing and performing minor carpentry work including cabinet repair, internal and external door replacement; sheetrock and drywall repair, countertop installations and tile replacement. Those with the following qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply: High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in the maintenance field.
