Hiring full time lead pool plumber must know how to do the following and have references! Read plan and under stand details Plumb pool and set pool eq(valves, caretaker modules etc) Run a mini excavator Drive truck and trailer must have clean license. Cdl not required but is a huge plus! Must be able to work under minimal supervision and get the work completed in a timely manner! Pool tile installer Need a lead tile install not a laborer. Must have experience setting pool tile. (Not house tile)! Pay top dollar for good work Must have driver license and must be clean! No drugs/ come to work do your job Top dollar must have experience for any candidate to be considered
