Location: Gainesville, TX Laminator Position: 1st shift – Monday through Friday – 6 am – 2:30 pm and OT as needed Temp to hire Pay: $14 per hour POSITION OBJECTIVE: Produce a quality lamination according to the standard procedures and perform to labor standards as required. RESPONSIBILITIES A summary of the essential functions of the position include but are not limited to the following: 1. Possess the ability to produce a quality lamination according to the work instructions. 2. Possess a basic knowledge of the tools and materials required to produce a quality lamination. 3. Work in the team concept, assisting other teammates in producing a quality product and perform to required labor standards. 4. Observe all Company policies regarding health, safety, and OSHA regulations. 5. Assist with other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: A. Education: High school diploma or equivalent B. RESPONSIBILITIES: A summary of the essential function of the position include but are not limited to the following: 1. Possess an understanding of the requirements to produce a quality-finished surface on the product. 2. Have a basic knowledge of the various tools (grinders, sanders, routers, and buffers) and grades of sandpaper involved in finishing. 3. Work in a team concept, assisting other teammates to achieve quality standards and labor standards as assigned. 4. Observe all Company policies regarding safety and OSHA regulations. 5. Assist with other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned. These duties may include the following: The installation of barrel nuts and “T” bolts, drilling blade root end, platform installation, blade balancing, post mold & lamination. QUALIFICATIONS: A.
