NOW HIRING Part-Time HOUSEKEEPERS! 2 Days a WEEK 16-20 hours weekly. We are immediately hiring for a reliable Housekeeper for fast-paced, Apartment Communities to start ASAP. Housekeeper Job Responsibilities: • Dust: blinds, doors, cabinets, ceiling fans, baseboards • Wipe: window sills, outside of kitchen appliances, counter tops & backsplash • Clean: inside dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave & bathrooms. Vacuum carpet & mop floor • Obtains list of vacant units that need to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs in order to prepare work assignments • Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy • Responsible for the daily upkeep of the clubhouse and common areas of property buildings • Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company Housekeeper Requirements: • At least 6 months of multi-family, hotel or home experience • Reliable transportation required • Willing to submit to a background check The Liberty Group provides Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
