Position: Full-time Environmental (Water Damage / Duct Cleaning / Mold Remediation) Technician We are seeking a technically-proficient, customer-focused Environmental Technician to join our team. The Environmental Technician will provide air duct cleaning, mold remediation, and 24/7 water damage recovery services to both residential and commercial customers. Essential Job Functions: ● Clean air ducts and dryer vents ● Perform mold remediation per written protocol ● Respond to emergency water damage recovery situations, 24/7 ● Ability to work long hours, as well as evenings and weekends (will be paid appropriately) ● Treat each customer with the utmost respect ● Follow all local, state, and federal safety laws, policies, and guidelines Qualifications: ● Mechanical ability ● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and criminal history ● Be able to lift 50 - 100 pounds ● Be clean-cut and have no facial hair ● Experience not necessary - Will train the person who has the technical ability and a customer-focused attitude Preferred Experience: ● Working knowledge of and experience in construction trades and mechanically-oriented ● IICRC, NADCA, and/or MICRO certification, training, or knowledge
