Please read entire ad before applying. Experience Organics in Benton City, WA is now hiring for an entry level grower. We are a licensed i-502 facility and have a state of the art indoor facility. Duties of entry level growers will include but not be limited to: Checking plants for water and watering Defoliation Harvesting Cleaning, washing pots, etc. Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and able to be on your feet all day. The grow rooms are hot and humid, that must be taken into consideration as well. Grower applicants must be able to work weekends and holidays if needed. Our shifts for growers and processors is 8 am- 4:30 pm. All applicants must possess basic math skills and computer skills, be self-starters and hard workers. You must be 21 years old or older to work at Experience Organics. Our current team works hard and consists of people with the same want and drive to improve themselves. Previous experience is not required. We will train the right people who work hard and focus all their energy to improve. Please send resume and cover letter via email for immediate consideration.
