Immediate Hire - 1st Shift Forklift Operator

The Bengal Group, a leading provider of paper converting, crossdocking and warehouse operations, is hiring a 1st shift fork lift operator at our headquarters in Limerick, PA. Previous forklift experience is preferred. Familiarity with SAP or related warehouse systems is a plus. We offer a competitive compensation package, and health and dental coverage after a 90 day probationary period, as well as paid holidays and vacation. Hours will be 38am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday Job Requirements Include: -Safely operate a sit down Fork lift, putting away and staging pallets for inbound and outbound trucks -Accurately receive and pick product in SAP using tablets and scanners -Perform inventory management activities, such as daily cycle counts, as required -Perform daily housekeeping activities as required to ensure warehouse is clean and organized -Ability to work in various temperatures, as our warehouses are not climate controlled -Flexible hours - some overtime and weekend shifts may be required at peak times Successful candidate will possess the following: -Previous experience operating a forklift preferred, clamp truck experience a plus -Ability to use Computerized tablets and scanners to receive product and pick orders -Reliability, showing up on time and ready to work -A positive attitude and team player, willing to jump in and help wherever needed -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable spending an entire shift on a sit-down clamp/fork lift Please note we are not served by public transportation so having a reliable means of transportation to get to work is a must.
