Hoist Heavy Treadmill Upstairs via Balcony

Hi - we need an experienced mover with equipment to move our treadmill and hoist it upstairs via a balcony outside, and to then move it into its new position. Delivery company tried to get it upstairs (inside) but it wasn't able to make a turn at the top of the stairs. It's the Peloton Tread+ and weighs about 450 lbs. Moving company with COI would be ideal, but am ok with an individual potentially so long as they have experience and equipment. Thank you!
