Requirements: • A valid Wisconsin driver's license, with an acceptable driving record. All positions will require at least a regular driver's license. • If applying for a truck driving position, a Wisconsin CDL is required. (For the right candidate, we will train and assist you in obtaining your CDL) • Excellent work ethic, willingness to work, dependable, and have strong attendance and punctuality history. • Self motivation, high energy level, with a positive attitude. • Ability to sit, push, pull, twist, bend, stand, walk, shovel, rake, dig for long periods. Have ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly. • Ability/willingness to work in adverse conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, dust). • Ability to follow directions and work with others. Ability to accept instructions or direction from supervisors. • Ability/willingness to work long hours. • Ability/willingness to follow company rules, safety practices, and procedures. • Ability/willingness to operate and properly care for company equipment and vehicles.
