Work Hours This is a full-time position, working 6 days a week Monday through Saturday, hours 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Responsibilities Test drive cars and set cars safely on the car rack Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnose and estimate the cost of repairs and maintenance Remove wheels, flip calipers, inspect brakes, and measure rotors Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency while following company standards and guidelines Follow safety rules and regulations Communicate directly with the Automotive Service Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Request necessary parts needed for maintenance and repair Participate in required training Other duties as assigned What you bring to Brakes 4 Less Passionate about cars High School Diploma Valid Driver’s License and own transportation Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills Works well with different personalities in the work-place and a strong communicator Knowledge of brake components and/or desire to learn Benefits Training and mentoring program Open to working with passionate self-taught individuals looking to get their foot in the door of a growing auto shop Opportunity for growth Paid Vacation Holiday Pay Job Type: Full-time Gary W.
