Need someone to put fabric up as wallpaper

I have a small guest powder room that I am updating. The tiles are ugly and I want to cover them with the fabric in the second photo. It’s a brocade fabric. It’s already been cut into panels into the width of each wall (with extra). The blue drywall above will stay as it is. So what needs to be done is patching the parts of the wall where the old soap dish and towel holder etc were chiseled out (see photos). Then apply the fabric over the tile with starch or wallpaper glue or whatever you think will work best. Please reply only if you have experience with attaching fabric to walls, and please give an approximate quote for the job. Thank you!
