Custodian Worker SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS Alpine Building Maintenance is always looking for enthusiastic, hard working, self-motivated employees who are willing to continually learn and improve their cleaning skills. We have a top notch 10 step training program with testing and on site training before a custodian is sent to an account. Pay is based per account. Depending on how efficient and organized you are bases how much you make per hour. We always expect the cleaning to meet ABM standards. ABM chemicals and equipment must be used at all times. Current Openings: Tarrant County Alpine Building Maintenance is looking for good custodians that are serious about working and want a regular income. We have positions open all over Tarrant county and surrounding areas. We will train you then assign you a building that you can call your own.
