Fast growing company is looking to hire the right people for 2 positions - We are as meticulous as they come - We work in ALL conditions (hot, cold, rain, any type of weather) - We seek people who are self-motivated, determined, and driven - If you don't want to work hard, this is NOT the job for you - Positions offered 1) Detail Specialist 2) Experienced Waxer 1) Detail Specialist are responsible for handling interior/exterior cleanings/details on a boats/yachts. We clean from the top down, every nook and cranny. We do the job right. Pay is dependent on experience. The job is year round. 2) Experienced Waxer: We are seeking someone who knows paint correction (buffing/compounding, polishing, waxing, sanding, etc. are preferred). We also do ceramic coatings. Pay is dependent on experience. The position is year round - this person may help with detailing, at times, as the need arises. We do NOT smoke on the docks, we stay off of our phones, and we work hard. We pride ourselves on customer service and the job that we do - along with professionalism. There are REAL opportunities for hard workers. Raise given after 90 days, upon evaluation. Bonuses are given at the 6 month and a year mark - based on performance, attendance, timelines, etc. We want someone seeking long-term employment to grow with the company.
