Job is PART 1. to frame 45' long x 13' high with 2x4 spaced 3' apart. Tapcon bottom plate to cement every 2' screw top plate to roof joists. Then screw 2x2 laterally on frame spaced 2 feet apart vertically. Then screw 3' x 13' metal sheeting to frame over plastic sheet barrier. screw sheeting every 2' PART 2. Screw metal sheeting to ceiling roof joists 13' high. Roof joists are 12" center screw sheeting to roof joists 3' apart. Area of ceiling to screw sheeting is 45' x 25' NO UPFRONT $$$ Labor only paid when 100% complete. No partial payments for partial work. SEE plans attached.
