Any farmers with wildlife problems?

Just looking for farmers who have problems with crows or groundhogs around, haven't done coyote but if you have one messing with your small animal/pets I can try to fix that. Crow hunting season is still running until March and I would like to get out the house and do some shooting while getting some kind of return on ammo costs. I would prefer to use my rimfire, but I also have a pellet gun if noise or city ordinances are a problem. Not really looking for any payment or compensation, just trying to keep busy in a way that is mutually beneficial (I get out and get practice, you get fewer animals messing with your fields and pets).
