Looking to share Lockout

Looking to share a lockout at one of the following locations: Gemini, Lockout Studios Santa Ana, OC Sound Studios, Third Encore Anaheim, or International City Studios. I'm looking to practice drums for a few hours a day, a few days a week, and eventually have small (~3 people) band practices. I would be willing to share the use of my drum set. As of Feb 6th, there's a unit available at one of the above locations. Would be happy to split the space/cost with another person/band.
